Grinding rollers and rings are among the most critical and core wear components of a Raymond mill. Their material composition and casting craftsmanship directly determine the mill's service life, wear parts replacement frequency, and overall maintenance rates.

Therefore, for powder processing plants—such as calcium carbonate, bentonite, pulverized coal, and calcite processing plants—the material specification of these wear parts must be a primary focus when selecting a Raymond mill. If necessary, specific material requirements should be explicitly stated when purchasing the equipment.

Currently, the primary materials for rollers and rings available on the market include 65Mn, Mn13, alloy steel, and Mn13Cr2. When choosing the right material, the characteristics of the raw material to be processed must be carefully considered:
