Project Overview & Applications
This 175 Pendulum Grinding Mill is primarily engineered for limestone grinding, producing high-quality 200-325 mesh limestone powder with an efficient output of 12-18 tons per hour (TPH). Depending on the calcium oxide (CaO) content of the raw limestone ore and the specific fineness of the finished powder, the end products are widely supplied for construction wall putty powder and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) in power plants, steel mills, and heating boiler systems.

The client has been deeply rooted in the limestone crushing and milling industry for many years, possessing extensive application experience and a solid customer base. Driven by the rapidly growing sales volume of limestone powder, the customer selected our heavy-duty 175 grinding mill after comprehensive multi-party evaluations.

Delivery & Installation Progress
The concrete equipment foundation was successfully constructed a month ago under the professional technical guidance of our engineers. Having undergone proper curing, the site is now fully ready for installation. After passing our rigorous factory quality control (QC) inspection, the 175 grinding mill has been dispatched from our manufacturing facility and is currently en route to the client's site via dedicated transport.

Upon the equipment's arrival, our experienced technical engineers will be dispatched to the client's site to provide comprehensive, on-site installation guidance. Once the main 175 grinding mill is completely set up and all auxiliary equipment is in place, we will initiate the commissioning and trial run for the entire limestone powder production line to ensure seamless, turnkey operation.
