HGM series micro-powder absorbs modern grinding technology, based on the development trend and demand of the domestic mill market, and is a new equipment for ultra-fine powder processing users.
Applications: Limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, wollastonite, diabase, quartzite, bentonite, etc
The motor drives the main shaft and every turnplate through the reducer. The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. The broken materials by crusher are sent to the middle of the upper turntable, the material is dispersed to the circumference of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring by crushing. After grinded in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turnplate, and the the crushed powder are brought into the powder separator. Turbine in the separator makes the coarse powder drop down and regrinded , the fineness powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of the cyclone powder collector as final product.
