Process Flow of the China Ultrafine Vertical Mill

Run-of-mine ore is crushed to a size of less than 10 mm by a jaw crusher or hammer crusher and then fed into the main grinding mill via a variable-frequency belt conveyor or screw conveyor. Inside the mill, the material is crushed and compressed in the roller track zone before moving toward the edge of the grinding table; there, a strong airflow carries it into the multi-head powder classifier. Fine powder meeting specifications travels with the airflow through piping to the finished product collection system, where it is discharged as the final product or proceeds to the next processing stage. Oversized or unqualified particles are returned to the main mill for further grinding.
