Raymond Mill Roller Assembly

This roller assembly is one of the key parts of the Raymond Mill.

Structure: It is mainly composed of grinding roller bearing housing, bearing, roller shaft, roller nut, pressing plate roller, roller core, gasket, cover, oil seal,roller,etc.  

Used in the following series grinding roller:  4R3216#5R4119#5R4121#3R2115#3R2615#3R2714

Notice:

1. The roller shaft must be tempering treatment, or it will reduce the lifetime of the roller assembly.

2. The roller must be the wear-resistant material.

3. Bearing should use the regular manufacturer,not using the false ones.

4. According the operation manual, after two shifts, the roller assembly should be poured into new lubricant.  

 Suitable for grinding materials:

1.  non-flammable and non-explosive materials

2. Moh’s hardness： below 7

3. Humidity: within 6%

4. Such as :Limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, pyroxene, quartz, sodium bentonite, calcium bentonite, bauxite, marble, feldspar, phosphate rock, coal powder, clay, kaolin, wollite, lime, alumina, etc.
